Amazing Service!!

I brought my son’s MDX to Vertucci Auto for a 2nd opinion after being told it needed a new transmission or to just junk the car. The initial shop I brought it to wouldn’t even consider looking to see if there was a problem other than the transmission. Joe & his staff looked it over and determined it just needed a new radiator. I picked it up today and the car is running great! I was so impressed with their knowledge, service and friendliness. Vertucci’s is the best!

This is a little different perspective on the quality of service you come to expect from Vertucci’s. I talked to Joe about upgrading the brake system on my 2004 BMW several times over the last couple of months and his response was always “well you still have life on the brakes”. I finally convinced Joe to do the upgrade. The result was way beyond what I had expected. Carbon ceramic pads (Red) with slotted rotors, the wheels look absolutely great. So in addition to taking care of my urgent car problems Vertucci’s also does these type of things for their customers. And one final comment, when Rachel called to tell me that the car was ready I asked how it came out. Rachel, who just great by the way, said very good, (keeping in mind that this was a performance upgrade), they are shiny, LOL.
